#1 Considering how far north parts of Alaska are I would think a tanning bed might be more common up there than down here in the lower 48.

#2 If you read the article in Us magazine, it clearly says that she paid for the tanning bed and the installation out of her own pocket.

That must be why the liberals are so shocked.
