RJ - the medical examiner has to do that. I've often wondered how they count the exact number of stab wounds when there are that many - they must overlap. A lot.

I find that tidbit both fascinating and puzzling. Seems curious to specifically mention a Phillips-head vs just stabbed with a screw-driver. Is there some significance I'm missing?
