The details regarding military security sent in to protect aid workers is "classified"--let's hope they make the most of the opportunity and may we never hear of them again.

#5 I'm not sure we ever found out what happened to all the bad guys in New Orleans after Katrina (delightful rumors abounded), but crime was WAY down for a while.
