#1 Ok, Bahrain sacks him...then releases him for "health reasons". And they don't freeze his assets either. Why not? Because Bahrain's Constitutional Court says freezing assets is unconstitutional!

I don't see anything at this point that would prevent bin Rajab from continue laundering money to Iran.

#2 It's a lot harder to launder the kind of funds that were no doubt passing through his hands when one hasn't the entire apparatus of a state department to work with, Oscar. And Mr. bin Rajab still has a criminal trial in his near future, according to the article, which should keep him busy enough for a while.
