#1 Again, IMO the DPRK wants to observe + likely test the reaction of both the US + CHINA, etc. to the DPRK-desired set-up of VIETNAM-STYLE INTERNATIONAL = "NON-NOKOR/CHINESE/ASIAN" ECON [Political?] PRESENCE inside North Korea, espec as DPRK's "hedge" agz the new SINO-DPRK FTA setting up Chinese-controlled or dominated Freeports = EEZ-FTZ enclaves inside the North.

KIMMIE + REGIME > IMO desire not only to preserve the POST-WW2 "STATUS QUO" = KIM-FAMILY DYNASTIC POWER but also NORTH KOREAN-STYLE COMMUNISM-SOCIALISM, ETC. AGZ ALL COMERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BEIJING = CHINESE COMMUNISM, as interpreted + practiced by Kimmie + La Familia.
