#2 No foreign treaty can override the Constitution. No Senator would ratify such a treaty if they hoped for reelection anyway (Kyoto went down 99 votes against). Bunch of nonsense, but then it is the UN.

The UN should put out a law that sats if you sell or transport weapons to a foreign government or rebel army you lose your seat in the general assembly. If they were serious. Otherwise it won't be enforced and will just be a joke immediately.
