Let's see....in the last couple weeks, "They" (Congress) passed legislation that pretty much makes the law prohibiting them from trading stocks based on their privileged knowledge benign - they can do so now without penalty. We can't

They fixed the sequester issue at airports (air traffic controllers) just in time for them to take recess so they aren't delayed, and

They passed legislation that omits them from obamacare.

Quite impressive.
