Though if a story is from a different site, it doesn't register as a duplicate to trigger deletion before publishing, requiring the sharp eyes and copious memory of a dedicated reader (thanks for being that one for us again today!!) And Fred doesn't nave time to consult the archives in the middle of maintaining the site for us, but posts 'em as he finds 'em.

#6 I took it as being helpful, g(r)omgoru. Seriously, thank you for being part of making Rantburg what it is. I find myself quoting "an Israeli physicist I know" as well as the rest of you an awful lot these days. The internet is a wonderful thing -- I've come to know such interesting people here, and eagerly absorb, to the extent I'm capable, the knowledge y'all so generously share. I quite startle my analog friends, on occasion, with the things I know, thanks to you all. Though formerly part time daughter last night still smiled at something I said, as showing an incorrigible innocence of human nature.
