Resources to control the spread of an infectious disease are limited. This outbreak has already spread beyond them.

I don't know what, short of a vaccine, will stop it.

#9 They have to work well enough to get the onward infection rate below 1. And the numbers say they are nowhere near that.

Over 1 and it goes exponential, which is what the graphs show currently. What is needed is what China did with SARS, and there is no chance of that happening in Africa.

I ve been telling Guam locals that, given the state of the world + POTUS Obama's focii or priorities vee OWG Globalism where "World Peace = US Retreat/Pullback", iff Ebola is NOT stopped in Africa it may never be stopped due to the US-World's attention being diverted to matters elsewhere, + COULD PROVE MUCH MUCH WORSE OR DEADLY THAN THE 1917 WORLDWIDE SPANISH INFLUENZA OUTBREAK.
