Nation of Islam Farrakhan at war with Christians quoting Christian scripture is hypocrisy. That verse in context is in regards to people such as him.

#7 So, is it against the law to urge people to desert from the military? I know it's against the law to urge people to commit a violent act, like, say, to riot, but is it against the law to urge people to commit a crime in general? Desertion is certainly a crime.

Not that I expect him to actually be arrested, but I'm just interested in knowing if what he is doing is actually illegal or not.
