#3 The sheriff of El Dorado County CA is a superb example of what a sheriff ought to be, just like Kern County's . He hands out copies of the Constitution to graduates of the county Citizens Academy and the Sheriff's Volunteer Unit and emphasizes fidelity to it and to the laws. CA still has remnants of actual traditional American values amidst the wreckage of what was once paradise.
