#3 It is unclear whether the case will be retried because Navarro did not rule whether the mistrial was with or without prejudice.

I don't think they'll want to, but if the civil suits are big enough, the Feds may be forced to come back and try to justify their miserable behavior.

#4 The feds offered a deal to Bundy to let him out of jail and make this all go away.

He refused and stayed in jail.

This whole case is a complete embarrassment to the government and wouldn't be surprised if they sabotaged their own case just to keep it from going to trial.

#6 The single most disturbing thing about the entire Bundy affair was the armed and militarized SWAT team that BLM has and used on Bundy.

What the hell does BLM need a SWAT team for?
