#6 Seems a lot of people/organizations knew about a lot of really shady things and did nothing. I guess I shouldn't expect much when the Catholic Church is one of those groups but damned.

The Nookie-for-Food program is probably one of, if not *the*, the longest-running U.N. program there is. I'm sure it's been happening long, long, before this report came out.
