Mueller team files complaint against Manafort trial judge over latest reprimand

#1 On Wednesday, Ellis ripped into prosecutors for letting a witness, IRS Agent Michael Welsh, sit in the courtroom before his testimony.

Given that the IRS has not to our knowledge filed charges and / or assessed a tax liability against either Manafort or Rick Gates on the basis of tax fraud, here's a question - why is IRS Agent Welsh a witness in the first place? The only reason I can figure is to create doubt in the jury's mind, as if to say 'the IRS looked at one / both of these guys, so they must be guilty of something.', which is scumbaggery at it's worst.

#4 Goofing aside, let me restate things. I am fully aware of the weaponization of the IRS, so why wasn't Manafort or Gates taken out on the initial shot? I believe it's because the initial charges were bullshit, and now Mueller gets to take a second shot at them.

#6 Don't forget Raj that the real target is Trump, so it matters not at all what they are doing with Manafort or Gates.

#11 Case is not going their way, the judge isnt letting them play fast and loose. Mueller is a liar and should be up on charges himself along with Comey, and a whole pile off the Obama-Clinton cabal.

#13 It it common for the prosecutors to spar with the judge like this? I can understand they are pouty for not getting their way, but it seems counter-productive in the long run.
