Visited the Fayette, County GA. DMV yesterday. Of the nine State DMV employees present for duty, not one male or caucasian. Fayette County, GA was once a strong conservative Republican enclave which boasted one the highest per capita incomes in the State. Yes, things are certainly changing. And no, the gov't targeting of conservative voting districts is not a figment of your imagination.
