#10 The House is perpetually bogged down trying to get annual appropriations out. I expect no different with the Donks, if even more so, with the usual Omnibus Treasury buster as their answer*. I recommend continuing resolutions.

* if we ever get back to a republic, make sure that if the legislative branch fails to deliver appropriations before the end of the fiscal year - all members are barred from reelection or appointment to any federal office for 10 years.
