Fresh caught, fresh cooked with clean hands, one assumes. Very different from the restaurant chicken, whose carcass sat for a number of days in the heat and flies before being cooked by someone who may have washed hands before approaching the task, and if so used the local water. Mr. Wife discovered the hard way that going vegetarian, and only thoroughly cooked vegetables, bread, and beer at that, was the only way he could avoid alternating food poisoning and dysentery.
