#2 What's the monthly payroll of 800,000 laid off federal workers? I'm guessing about $4 billion per month, w/o including the health care premiums the gov still pays. Could be the ultimate slush fund.

#3 If he declares a national emergency and brings everyone back to work simultaneously, he might have a winner. It's got to be linked to an immediate return to work. If a leftest federal judge steps in to block it, POTUS must send everyone back to the bench at once.
