#2 No mention of officers, measures to facilitate unit cohesion, or leadership responsibility. War crimes are not an option.

These are small elements. Malcontents and non-team players can be quickly identified. They are sailors first. Reassign them to less stressful, less demanding units back in the rear with the gear. Do it quickly.

As mentioned here yesterday I believe, the political component must always be examined. Lieut Morrant's grave in Church Street Cemetery, Pretoria lies vandalized and unlike the foto, overgrown and weed infested.

#6 No they don't. The rest of the teams know that many of team 7 were dirtbags. After the deployment, most of the dirtbags were quietly reassigned to desk jobs or allowed an early ETS.

#8 So we are going to listen to the gospel from some left leaning anti American rag? Really, so lets break this down. He goes on trial. The team seems split in the court room on him. The guy that spoke out against him loses his slot at team Six. The medic, prosecutions ringer, get immunity to testify and then confesses to the killing. Looks to me like team 7 played this like some B movie plot and won. The team was tight, everyone played their part, and he is free from prison. A win win for team 7 after some do gooder let it get out of control. I wonder where the guy that blew the whistle on him is now...
