#3 Why doesn't the FBI join the 20th (much less the 21st) century and record (with video) all interviews (with immediate copies to the subject)? Why doesn't Barr or Trump order this NOW? "302" notes are so subjective, so likely incomplete, and so easily manipulated/corrupted that they are absolutely worthless, IMHO.

#5 I remember when Scooter Libby was actually convicted of lying to an FBI agent, and that agent did not (refused to?) testify at the trial. Only testimony by another agent about the 302 report was given in evidence. I wonder why.
