Yes, but there are many incurious fools who will look for the easiest answer, which is "It's all Trump's fault. CNN and NPR say so!"

And there are the other "smart" ones who just know that paying the Dane his Geld is the practical thing to do.

There are even many on the Right who actually pride themselves on such "practicality".
