#1 Obama salted the senior ranks of thr federal government over eight years with thousands of partisan senior executives and administrators. In turn they have grown legions of fellow thinkers, and when merit succumbed to favoritism this kind of behavior grew. Diversity mindset gives you these kinds of cancer unless you prize competence and honesty zealously.
I doubt the happened under Zero and know it wont if JoJo and the Ho get in.
