Are all the bureaucrats and pseudo-medical people who say nothing works but masks and lockdowns _forgoing_ drugs and vaccines and whatnot or are they just doing kayfabe?

#4 I'm not sure this woman is talking about the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.

They certainly prevented transmission by preventing infection during testing.

By the end of January we should have some pretty solid results of infection reduction among the people getting the first round of vaccine.
