#1 The original and basic Constitution was a contract among states and ratified by states. Now at least four states have engaged in demonstrative fraud for their own gain at the expense of the standing in the agreement with the other parties. Under contract law, does that not give the other members of the contract the right to dissolve it?

Superficially perhaps, but this is not about who the next dog catcher will be in Erie. This is about the chief executive. I was correct in calling it the Alamo election, little did I understand just what that was going to entail.
