Her character was the Hometown Sweet-Heart type that every 60s American Male wanted to marry.

Ginger was what they wanted to date "once" to tell about.

BTW:
Met Bob Denver Gilligan at a Meet and Greet booth at a Computer show in the 90'S in Atlanta or LV. Don't remember if it (Comdex or N+I).

Interesting guy and nothing like the TV persona.

back in 2018 she had debts and was prevented from gaining admission to a long term care facility

a go-fund-me was set up and raised about $200k in only a few days

I'm not sure what happened after that
