#3 Stimulus checks are having a different result. Within 24 hours after monies received drug overdoses. So much money and other assistance monies have also resulted in no rent monies being paid for months. Landlord reports to sheriff and has to pay $25. dollars. Papers served for another $25. dollars. Court another $25. dollar fee. This is after living several months rent free. Property trashed and media attacks. This in western Maryland. Landlord must pay his taxes,no help for him or her. I didn't ask but who pays water, sewer or electric?. I can't imagine NYC. Ruby Tuesday declared bankruptcy a few months back because of their $10,000 a month lease expense in NYC. Only way out.
