As If it was just a Main Electrical Circuit
I could hire a small team have it rewired in a few days max.

I am still leaning in the direction that the abrupt disruption was greater in scope and had some serious related Equipment damages.

#12 Actually its not a secret or an improvised weapon. Its public knowledge that such materials were used to take down that type of system in the past, going back to the Gulf War and saw them on the news in NATO pacification of Bosnia/Serbia. Google BLU/114B submunition if you don't believe me. They were called "Blackout Bombs", and the F-117 delivered them. it is not an improvised weapon but a possible method of Israeli intervention with an older specialty weapon. Given the precision nature of current standoff weapons and the lightness of the payload, it's entirely possible that this was, indeed the weapon used.
