Freedom of Speech or Inciting Violence.

US CONSTITUTIONAL & Federal Law is clear:

In 1969 SCOTUS used Brandenburg v. Ohio to water down Schenck v. United States of 1919. The ruling while limiting the scope of banned speech, made it clear; speech used to incite imminent lawless action (riot, physical harm/assaults, arson, murder, etc.) IS NOT FREE PROTECTED SPEECH.

QUESTION: So where is the Oklahoma AG, or any US DOJ District DA?

BTW: Since they justify their purposed actions things that happened 55 to 400 years ago by persons who are long dead and buried?

What IF we used their own Stupid Logic....
