Unfortunately, this isn't unique to Canada. Happened all up and down North and South America from 1600-1970.

The only thing I can find is from 1943-1970 and some 9,000 children died in these homes. Some 15% mortality rate.

#10 My friend was in one of those shit canadian indian schools. The beating he had as a child, I'm surprised he didn't hunt them down.
