#1 QUESTION: How does the FBI state "a homemade m-type destructive device," and the ATF state
"novelty devices that emit smoke but do not explode if ignited..."

Which is it?

NOTE: When the arresting FBI agent called it a M-TYPE Destructive Device. This meant in his trained eyes, it met this ATF definition. But looking at ATF reg's and doing a search on"M-TYPE Destructive Device" the results speak on Large Bore weapons that discharge a projectile, like a M-79 ???????

Are we seeing another BIDEN/LSD DOJ DA applying a double standard?
