In fact, the cheaper HCQ, which came mostly from India was blocked by Europe for all its 'countries' arbitrarily, just because it was something Trump had advised and later Chinese suppliers were contracted for substandard intermediates to locally produce HCQ for the French military. India was ready with shipments that were then mad to sit in storage. So we sent them to Africa, Afghanistan, even Pakistain free of cost.
