#2 Driving lots of heavy military equipment and vehicle, turning up the dust and dirt, probably was not a good idea no matter what the circumstance in and around the place.

#6 My thought was they captured the location to 1) reduce the Ukrainians chances of building a dirty bomb and 2) prevent Ukrainian artillery from being located there. Withdrawal would allow either of those options to the Ukies. Difficult to execute counter-battery fire on an artillery battery sited amongst a reactor complex
