#2 Well, it's all part of the plan. Rolling blackouts will let them decide which voting districts get to vote and will allow undesirable voting results to be "lost" when power goes out "unexpectedly."

#3 BTW, when I first read the headline, I saw "London" instead of "Lebanon." Not that there's much difference in the long run...
