On a more serious note, there's a certain stage of someone's career where 'mentoring', 'establishing an infrastructure' and all that professional training-wheel bullshit should no longer be necessary. Ever since I've heard these same phrases applied to (current) Vice President Knee-Pads, it's nothing more than the usual leftist whining and excuse making.

Hope this is a sign of a more largescale Blaxit from the Democrats. Polls show some movement but I don't know how much of that is short term or not.
