#2 The point wasn't to defeat Al Qaeda. If it was, we would have done it. The point was to keep the war going so they could profit. Duh. Who doesn't know that by now? They weren't even trying to win.

If Al Qaeda is such a terrifying threat, why did we support them in Syria? We gave them Javelin missiles just like we're doing in Ukraine.
