#1 Higher fuel costs and increased home loan interest rates will continue to make relocation a challenge. Government 'Blue State' re-population efforts will eventually level the playing field and promote the return of equity.

Future COVID or other emerging pandemic 'lock-downs' could encourage these people to stay put.

Home interest rates appear to be levelling off for now. Supply issues also seem to be sorting themselves out. Housing market seems to be cooling off a bit.
The house we are buying is coming along. This week its drywall, then tiling, countertops, etc... Looking at a September closing if no delays.

I'm sure the Biden administration will f-ck it up. It's what they do - it's all they do! They f-ck thing up and they Will Not Stop!
