A lot of people are predicting a REDO of the 2020 Election Steal for the Mid-Terms. Just using adjusted voter fraud tactics.

Otherwise, a 2023 GOP chaired Congressional hearing on his Mental Fitness and the many illegal political stunts that the LSD's pulled while controlling him have pulled will happen.

My Question:
When MSM acts repeatedly as a Political Propaganda arm and not a Free Press, has it earned the same protections awarded a Free Press?

eg. When it deliberately publishes false and misleading information (Russia Gate & etc.) knowing that its actions would allow its political allies to abuse and violate the US Constitution Articles of Impeachment and the freedom of others to promote their political agenda?
