Same as Covid in that it would effect a discrete population set - very old COBOL systems that had hard wired in 19__ in their programs. Usually compounded by spaghetti code and documentation since its initial implementation. Didn't help that management all too often choked the IT budget, so that the IT guys then played up the panic mode for funding. Sound familiar?
