So did Russia, oddly enough alongside pro-Russia Ukrainian separatists. Neo-Nazis, white supremacists, Russian Imperial Movementers, and all the similar et ceteras from Europe and beyond have been meeting up for regular courses in St. Petersburg as well as on-line courses, supposedly offered by the FSB with government approval. Deutsche Welle had an article about it. So have many other news outlets, and the FBI has been following the connection with great excitement.
