The judge has done nothing except guarantee years of appeals and wrangling for this POS who has never eaten so well and regularly in his life. His days in the General Population common areas each day are fated to be treatment like a hero on the black side of the yard. The tragedy is that this judge was given the case, and her ineptitude sentences the families and community to endless remembrance of the tragedy, as the public purse pays for the spectacle of "justice"!

#11 What the judge should've done is get some big bailiffs to stand behind Darrell on both sides and have another bailiff wack him updise the head from behind with a large paper fan.

This judge should recuse herself and let another judge takeover.
