#2 Oddly, the problem is that they lack diversity -- of background, that is. What they need instead of another Harvard PhD (Push here, Dummy) is a truckstop waitress from down around Lubbock who would raise her hand and say: "Excuse me. I'm a little slow. Can you explain to me in real simple words how this thing is supposed to work?" Groupthink is a bitch, and it's a double-bitch if everyone doing the groupthinking believes they're a genius.
