#2 If we wind up with Chinese tanks on American soil, I think Javelin missiles will be too little too late.

#3 41 a month is for Javelin CLU (Command Launch Unit). It tracks the target and sends the data to the missile. It is reused after every missile launch.
The missiles will up to 330 a month.

Fortunately, we won't be fighting China on land very much unless we send troops to Taiwan. It will be a naval war which China, while having lots of ships (most are little), has zero experience in and from the navy guys I talk too, they are not very good at it.
