#3 During the Obama Presidency in particular, boosted by the entire "community organizer" skill set of his minions, Champ salted the DC bureaucracy deeply, way down into rank-and-file civil servants. The bumper crop of malignant, arrogant, demokrat management-class, was on display for Trump, and has been nurtured further by Rice-Powers et al, while the Bidet Clown Show is on stage. They are virtually immune to discipline and resist any rightward policy changes with tactics long established within every leviathan organization. NARA is just the latest example, but consider DoJ and DoS as the most prime displays of hubristic political bias.
