#1 If the quality of your product is marginal, in a marketplace with many choices, provoking your customers will not end well. The stock price rebounded some, but it will go down again.

#4 My guess - institutional investors who don’t have friends in low places. They are expecting customers to wander back to the Trough and Brew eventually. The are busy calculating ratios of fundamentals on a spreadsheet, likely while taking swigs from a piping hot latte. They have no understanding that Bud Lite is toast permanently. There is no floor other than zero on Bud Lite as there was not on tulips back in the day.
