The tidal wave influx is based on the wealth of benefits NYC gives illegals from places where they lived in deep poverty. Asking the Feds to intervene with more money, thus expanding the reason the problem has been created, requires a level of stupidity rarely seen.

Asking the Administration to close the border, and deport the illegals, that would make sense
