I dont think so. USAid and NED coined the Phrase: Velvet Revolution. Soros helps fund 'velvet' revolutions (see serbia, czech, yugoslavia). Commie China uses Velvet Revolution and Color Revolution interchangeably.

The Russians have developed a poor taste for Armenia b/c of their re-alignment with the morally broke woke west, not too mention the Armenia-NATO partnership relation.
