WHY? Given the known crime issues, why was 14-year-old girl alone in a cab going to begin with, without an Adult Guardian?

HOW? is a few years in a Jail with higher standard of living, than the 3rd Worlder's home country, or current living standards, followed by release to do it again. Considered Justice?

Coupled with the growing NO-$$$$-Bail Signature releases and the Soros installed DA's social justice practices.

YES I could see this eventually leading to some in retaliations by Metro-Voter Plantation civilians seeking justice here.
