It used to be a given that you needed at least a 5% plurality to overcome cheating. After 2020, who knows if its even possible given the grip the Marxists have across the swing states?

paper->hand-counted. Why cant we get citizen numbers? then we could vote by internet. there are less than 400,000,000 of us. Hell, i could write the database program in javascript.
