#1 This guy and his wife Kristi are bad juju. The smelly old DOS security contract awards must have been forgiven...or forgotten. She resigned from Aegis LLC and he suddenly left the congress soon after. Aegis' SAS veteran Tim Spicer knew what he was doing when he brought her on board.

Before Rogers unexpectedly left the Congress (to start his own small business and spend more time with the family), he was the head of the prestigious House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPCSI), you should be able to assemble the missing pieces.

Helpful clue: When you think of the UK's Aegis LLC, think Air America. Former FBI 'Special Agent'? Yes of course.

Link to 2013 story.

So it seems rather interesting to note that Rogers’ wife, Kristi Clemens Rogers, was, until recently, the president and CEO of Aegis LLC a “security” defense contractor company, whom she helped to secure a $10 billion (with a b) contract with the State Department. The company describes itself as “a leading private security company, provides government and corporate clients with a full spectrum of intelligence-led, culturally-sensitive security solutions to operational and development challenges around the world.”

#2 Am not a fan of Rogers. But there were only three candidates to support. And the other two were worse.

#3 Ken Buck, RINO-CO just resigned from congress. Is he bailing from a scandal or trying to sabotage the slim R majority in the house ahead of the election?

#4 Ah, Ken Buck. The ‘Liz Cheney of Colorado’.
