Missouri Lt Governor: Attorney General Holder Incited Mob Many Times
[Breitbart] Sunday on Fox News Channel's "America's News HQ," Lt. Governor Peter Kinder (R-MO) said Attorney General Eric Holder "on many occasions" seemed to "be inciting the mob."

Kinder said, "He is sounding the right notes today, this afternoon. I just wish he had been more judicious and measured in his comments since the August 9. Because Mr. Holder came in and seemed on many occasions to be inciting the mob. He seemed to be putting his weight on the one side of the scales of justice and not backing up law enforcement. And if he is now, you know, backing up law enforcement mode, then I will be among those cheering him. And I hope that's the way he is from now on."

When asked if he had spoken to Mr. Holder directly, Kinder said, "No, no, no, he doesn't bend to speak with people like me. He comes into town and meets with one side. He met with the family of Michael Brown, and that's fine that he met with them. But, he did not meet with the family of officer Darren Wilson or with his brother and sister officers to say I'm backing you up. "

#1  He seemed to be putting his weight on the one side of the scales of justice and not backing up law enforcement.

In these types of situations protocol would dictate that the Top Cops’ default position is to initially side with LE. At the very least, AGs’ have the responsibility to deliver the obligatory ‘ongoing investigation’ speech to dissuade rush to judgment. Yet Holder and his boss chose not to follow precedent and did the exact opposite. Why? One can’t help but conclude that standard practice was overridden by their former colleagues’ infamous admonition - ‘You never let a serious crisis go to waste.’

#2  Holder is a racist. So of course he only met with one side.

Two arrested as Ferguson protests move to St Louis
[Hurriyet Daily News] Police placed in durance vile
Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up!
at least two people on March 14 as nightly protests in the racially troubled US suburb of Ferguson over the police killing of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown shifted into the heart of St Louis.

Up to 50 youthful demonstrators gathered after sunset at the Midwestern city's historic 19th century Old Courthouse to march through streets lined with bars filled with St Patrick's revelers.

"Justice is dead! We have to wake it up," one protester, David Ragland, shouted from the steps of the white colonnaded courthouse where in 1846 black slave Dred Scott filed his unsuccessful but historic lawsuit to win his freedom.

When some of the protesters briefly held up traffic, police stepped in and took away two men -- a young protester with a kerchief over his face and a freelance photojournalist, Philip Montgomery, on assignment for the Mashable website.

Mashable's executive editor Jim Roberts said via Twitter that Montgomery was "fine" after he was released a short time later.

Ferguson has been the scene of almost nightly protests since 18-year-old Brown was fatally shot by a white police officer on August 9, sparking national outrage, occasional violence and a fierce debate about policing and race relations in America today.

Police arrest 20 year old MO man in cowardly shooting of two officers in Ferguson
[Fox] A 20-year-old Missouri man punk has been arrested in the shooting of two St. Louis County police officers Thursday, county officials announced Sunday.

Jeffrey Williams was arrested Saturday night and is charged with two counts of assault in the first degree, three counts of armed criminal action and firing a weapon from a vehicle, St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Robert McCulloch said during the afternoon press conference.

Williams, who has attended several demonstrations in Ferguson, Mo., told police that he fired shots at someone he had a dispute with, and hit the officers, who he alleges were not his intended target.
Intended targets? No, of course not. Why do you ask ?

Turkish man pardons amputee chicken, treats it with prosthetic leg
[Hurriyet Daily News] An amputee chicken is now able to walk thanks to prosthetic leg surgery that was performed by the Yeşilyurt Municipality Veterinarian Directorate in the eastern Anatolian province of Malatya.
That's nothin'. Mike the Headless chicken went through the latter part of his life without a... ummm... head. Many chickens do, of course, but having lasted 18 months he holds the Headless Chicken record.
“Many people told me: ‘It’s just a chicken, what are you going to do with it? It’s only worth 20 Turkish Liras; why don’t you eat it?’” said the chicken’s owner, Aydemir Gürsoy. “But what is the point of being a veterinarian if you abandon each sick chicken or lamb to death?”

Gürsoy said he had always been fond of barnyard animals such as chickens and sheep and that he now had 30 chickens and two turkeys in his garden.

Gürsoy said he took the chicken, which was suffering from a serious leg wound, to various vets to receive treatment before taking it to the Yeşilyurt Municipality Veterinarian Directorate upon the recommendation of a friend.

“Here, for 20 days, the chicken had a couple of surgeries and received various treatments, but in the end they told me they had to amputate its leg. After that, they suggested supporting him with a prosthetic leg. Now, it’s alive, it can walk and even spawn,” said Gürsoy.

Meanwhile, Yeşilyurt Municipality Veterinarian Directorate head Abuzer Karataş said they had to amputate the chicken’s leg due to symptoms of gangrene and replaced it with a prosthetic leg so that could walk.

“The result is quite satisfactory; the chicken walks perfectly. Its owner is very pleased with the treatment,” he added.

Karataş also said they were treating various animals in their clinic, noting the recent case of a blind eagle owl that had been wounded.

Ottoman castle in Kosovo collapses
[Hurriyet Daily News] Some parts of Prizren Castle, one of the most important historical sites in the Balkans, have collapsed despite the recent donation of funds to restore the structure.

A 10-meter part of the facade of the castle, which was used by the Ottomans during their reign in the Balkans for 500 years, recently collapsed.

The U.S. Embassy in Kosovo last year donated $700,000 for the restoration of the historical castle.

Kosovo's Cultural Heritage Directorate said the reason for the collapse would be investigated, with Cultural Heritage Regional Director Samir Hoxha announcing that experts had begun to assess the damage.

Video: Congressional Democrats demand ATF revive AR-15 bullet ban
[Hot Air] If at first you don't succeed, try try again -- but don't expect to succeed the next time either, if you're a House Democrat looking to pass an ammunition ban. Democrats on Capitol Hill reacted with dismay and anger after the ATF retreated on a ban on AR-15 ammunition, thanks to an overwhelmingly negative public reaction to the proposal, deciding that the proposal required "further study." They have drafted a letter to ATF director Todd Jones, demanding that he use his existing authority to ban the ammo anyway, the public be damned.

#1  Excerpt from Ozzie Saffa:

Apparently it's a "colonist symbol of apartheid and White privilege”. Ooooohhh - big words for these IQ67's to use. And all in one sentence too. I'm super impressed.

But that's not all. No sirree Bob:

Students are concerned about the curriculum being racially institutionalised and the poor representation of black people and academics.
I guess when you're dumber than a piece of turd, then anything scares you, even statues, and not to mention the White man's curriculum.

But I agree - why let them learn from us, when they are vastly superior. I mean, when Jan van Riebeeck arrived in the Cape of Good Hope in 1652 a university of Cape Town already existed on every street corner, together with the tarred roads and the flying cars and electrified buses. Not to mention those libraries full of Xhosa and Zulu books!

Speaking of turds, that's what the protesters did BTW - they threw faeces at the offending statue. Now that is IQ67 behaviour at its best.

Here is the White privilege offending statue with the White man's university in the background [fotos at link]: And here is the university from further out - you can just make out the statue in the middle of the photo above the arch: So, if the statue is a symbol of White privilege and Apartheid, then isn't the university and buildings as well?? Why, just look at those white pillars of the great hall in the centre of the photo - if that doesn't scream White privilege and White superiority, then I don't know what does.

So, I say, TEAR IT ALL DOWN, man. Give each IQ67 a hammer and make them smash it all to pieces. Every building, every classroom, every Liberal-infested inch - just tear it all down. And then give the land back to the Cecil John Rhodes Estate and go build your university of "learning" somewhere more tribal, to connect you with your vastly superior African roots.

And please don't build the new university copying the White man's architecture. No, rather copy the architecture of the great Xhosa architects:

Putin: I was ready for nuclear alert over Crimea
Vladimir Putin, speaking in a prerecorded documentary about the Russian seizure of Crimea, said he was prepared to put Russia's nuclear weapons on alert during tensions over the crisis in Ukraine and Crimea. Putin said in the documentary that he was "ready to do this," when asked if the nation's nuclear forces could be put on standby.

He said in the film he was not sure if the West would try to stop the Crimean takeover but he was ready for "the worst possible turn of events."

Putin added that he received many calls from foreign leaders telling him to stop Russian actions in Crimea but he told them it was "our historical territory," that Russians living there "were in danger and we cannot abandon them."

Putin said because his reply was so "frank and open" no country "was in the mood to start a world war."

In the documentary, Putin accused the U.S. of being "puppeteers" behind what he described as a coup against Yanukovych. He said, "Formally, the opposition was primarily supported by Europeans, but we knew very well… that the real puppeteers were our American partners and friends. It was they who helped prepare nationalists [and] combat troops."

'Crimea has returned to its historical homeland' says PM
[M.BBC] A year ago, people in Crimea voted overwhelmingly to join Russia again, after six decades of being part of Ukraine.

This followed a deliberate campaign, agreed by President Putin himself, to send in so-called volunteers (often serving Russian soldiers) to cut off Crimea's road links with Ukraine, take over its military and naval bases and seize hold of its government.

China-Japan-Koreas
NorK Cabinet Adopts Reforestation Resolution
BLUF: North Korea (much like Haiti) has a serious forestry issue due to historic over-logging for firewood, creating charcoal, land clearing, and so on. As a result, there's the usual results: loss of farmland due to erosion, serious damage to infrastructure from flooding and landslides, etc. Unlike Haiti, however, looks like Pudge has decided it's time for the Hermit Kingdom to get serious about it.
North Korea’s official news agency, Korean Central News Agency reported on March 7, 2015 that the North Korean Cabinet has adopted a resolution to support national forest restoration activities.
According to the news agency, the Cabinet recently “announced this decision, which they adopted to fully mobilize the entire party, military, and citizenry in the forest restoration battle.”

The resolution states that the General Bureau of Forestry of the Ministry of Land and Environment Preservation will procure the funds necessary for forest restoration and that the State Planning Committee, General Bureau of Forestry of the Ministry of Land and Environment Preservation, as well as other agencies such as the forestry and agriculture ministries, will draft a concrete plan.

The directive also set up a management system including a supervisory and regulatory task for forest conservation, and it urged for cooperation between county residents and the development of scientific technology in the forestry sector.

In accordance with First Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Un’s guidelines, since last year North Korea has repeatedly drawn attention to the precarious state of the country’s forests and has been encouraging tree-planting and nature conservation.

Welcoming ‘Tree-Planting Day’ on March 2, Kim Jong Un also revealed North Korea’s plans to begin an intense forestation restoration campaign. The leader spoke directly regarding this effort, saying, “Forests are a precious resource of our country and a great treasure that we must bequeath to future generations [...] However, since the ‘Arduous March,’ people, while saying that they are procuring firewood and provisions, have recklessly damaged our forests, and since the country could not even erect a forest fire prevention measure, our country’s precious forest resources have been greatly reduced.”

In addition, while referencing issues like the drought and damage incurred during the rainy season due to the deforestation, Kim Jong Un emphasized patriotism: “If the country’s forests are not currently beyond repair, they lie at the crossroads of recovery.”

Ordering the complete restoration of forests within 10 years, Kim added that “The entire party, military, and citizenry need to fully engage in a forest restoration battle to make the green forests in the Motherland’s mountains lush.” Following this, ‘Tree-Planting Day’ was held as an extensive tree-planting event, and Kim Jong Un encouraged the people to plant many saplings in the central tree nursery and regional tree nurseries.

In addition he stressed the importance of the forest conservation work and ordered the supervision and regulation of forest development and conservation through means such as the prohibition of reckless logging, forest fire prevention measures, and the provision of firewood.

The Grand Turk
We would even demolish a mosque to build a road: Turkish PM
[Hurriyet Daily News] Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan
... Turkey's version of Mohammed Morsi but they voted him back in so they deserve him...
has reaffirmed his government's determination to go ahead with construction projects that have generated harsh criticism particularly from environmentalists, while accusing protesters blocking the construction of engaging in banditry.

"We are serving the public, not the individual," Erdogan said, in response to criticism over the third Bosphorus Bridge based on the bridge's likely adverse effect on the forests to the north of the city and the wildlife depending on these forests.

"Everything can be sacrificed for roads, because roads are civilization. But those who are not civilized do not know the roads' value. In our values, roads do not recognize any obstacle. Even if there is a mosque in front of a road, we would demolish that mosque and rebuild it somewhere else," Erdogan said, as he also referred to protests against the removal of hundreds of trees for a road construction passing through the campus of Ankara's Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ). "We won't stop because somebody says so. Bandits used to block roads in the past, now modern bandidos are blocking the roads."

Another first for the world as SA doctors perform first Johnson transplant.
[INewsnet] CAPE TOWN, South Africa - The world's first successful penis transplant has been performed by a medical team in South Africa on a 21-year-old patient whose penis was amputated following complications from circumcision. The 21-year-old recipient, whose identify is being protected, lost his penis when he was eighteen after it became infected from a traditional circumcision ceremony. Doctors in Cape Town said the operation was a success and that the patient was happy and healthy. The ground breaking operation comes 48 years after Christiaan Bernard performed the world's first successful heart transplant in the same city. There have been attempts at the procedure before, including one in China, but although those operations went well, the penis was later rejected.
Some take longer than others, but over time most Johnsons end up rejected.

Strange snafu hijacks UK nuke maker's traffic, routes it through Ukraine
"The diverted traffic appeared to be used to send e-mail and route virtual private networks, as well as for other purposes. As the picture above illustrates, the roundabout path caused the data to travel thousands of miles to the Ukrainian capital of Kiev before turning around, retracing that route, and being delivered to its normal hub in London. Unnecessarily sending the data to Kiev may have made it possible for employees with privileged network access to Ukrainian telecom provider Vega to monitor or tamper with data that wasn't encrypted end-to-end using strong cryptography. The hijacking of the Atomic Weapons Establishment, Lockheed, and the other 165 routes occurred over a 90-minute span on Thursday, while a handful of British Telecom customers experienced diverted traffic for five days beginning Saturday."
